Running on F280025c controller. Getting this error. Also facing an error on device in lowpower mode. kindly clarify

Is the error appeared in the first connection? Or lost the connection after you did something on this board? Do you try to power off the board and emulator first, and then try to connect the emulator again? And do you check if the power supply is right?
