TIDM-02010: Module over current

Are you running the motor with a heavy load? Or just run the motor without load? Please note that the maximum output power of the inverter module on this design is 2KW/400V, the design can't run the 5KW motor with a full or heavy load.

And did you set the right motor parameters in user_mtr1.h?

We are running the motor on no load.

Which build level and control algorithm (FAST or eSMO) are you using? If you try to run the motor with closed-loop in build level 4, please make sure that the motor parameters are set correctly for the estimator in user_mtr1.h.

Please capture some of the current waveforms when you start the motor, and post the figures that could help to understand the issue.

We are working with build level 4 and using FAST algorithm. And the motor parameter that are been used are 

You may try to run the motor without load in build level 3 first to see if there is still over current.

And please note that the Rs and Ls are the phase resistance and inductance, not the line to line value.

No, Not yet we are still debugging the issues. 

We are still facing the same module over current fault.

As mentioned above. Are there any over current fault in build level 2 and 3 when run the motor with light load or without load?

Build 2 its working , Build 3 its not running. We are running the motor with no load
