TMS320F28027F-Q1: Inappropriate switching frequency in Real time from Matlab/Simulink

Part Number: TMS320F28027F-Q1

Hi team,

Goo day! We need you help to check our customer's concern below.

1. I have designed a model using simulink sine blocks and others. I want to generate three phase PWM pulses with 10 KHz switching frequency. In simulation I am getting 10KHz but in oscilloscope I am getting around 300-400 HZ. I think the sampling time is not matching.
2. On the other hand, I got exactly 10KHz using only the ePWM block's TBPRB value 6000/3000 and up/up-down respectively. But now I need to generate code from some simulink model sine blocks for generating three phase PWM pulses.
Would you please check my model to settle the sampling time for getting 10 KHz switching frequency in my launchpad hardware?

Please take note that My control model is Simple boost control of impedance source inverter where I need to generate shoot through signals. Hence, I am using a triangular signal generator which is creating the issue with ePWM blocks I guess.

Now, could you help me to solve the issue with proper settings. I have attached my simulink model and relevant docs.
Thanks in advance.
