TMS320F28379D: Synchronizing PWM with high frequency analog signal converted through ADC

Part Number: TMS320F28379D

Hi Team,

Can you please us with this inquiry fro our customer.

I have TI f28379d dsp processor. I am trying to program the dsp with MATLAB Simulink. I have a 85kHz  analog sinusoidal signal. Now I want to generate a PWM synchronized with this 85kHz analog signal. I am using an ADC followed by a comparator logic to generate a synchronizing pulse which is given to the PWM module to generate a PWM in sync with the analog signal. Now this is working when the frequency of the analog signal is 5kHz but as I am increasing the frequency to 85kHz i am not getting the results. Also for 5KHz the sampling time used in MATLAB simulink is 10e-6, but for 85kHz the sampling time used is 500e-9 which is also the sampling rate of the ADC. I feel that this MATLAB based programming of dsp isnt working for lower sampling rates in MATLAB configuration. Please help me identify and resolve issue here.

Regards,

Danilo
