Hello,  what is the difference between TMS320F2809PZQ  and TMS320F2809PZS?  other than the marking on the IC they appear to be identical

    They will be the same with respect to the intrinsic reliability of the silicon. Where they differ is on the level of testing and the quality levels commitments. Q devices undergo more tests and quality controls to meet very low PPM targets. Please refer to this post for more information.
