Hi Jahangeer,
With CMPSS, you can set up the DAC threshold to be the value that is level shifted. CMPSS can be used to detect zero crossing of ZVS/ZCS in our reference design. I am not aware of using it for AC sine wave detection but it could. And you can use SPLL or ADC post processing block for this purpose if needed.
