TMS320F280040-Q1: Why does CCS search from both path for C2000Ware library function?

Hello,

After the C2000Ware path is changed in the project and workspace, it still searches from both the old path and new path for library function.

The above is the old path and still there. It is changed to the below path. 

I thought only the new path should be searched. Is my understanding wrong or anything is wrong with the settings of this change?
