Part Number: TMS320F280025C
Looking at ENC_run in encoder.h, I have a higher-level question:
Is it assumed that the encoder is aligned with the motor poles? Or does it not matter?
I ask because thetaElec is computed directly from thetaMech

You need to know what's the pole pairs of the motor, and set the number in this project that is needed to convert the mechanical angle to electrical angle for FOC.
