Good afternoon, 

I am having again the same problem as last time however the solution found before it is not working. 

Using teh f28379d control card, when i connect the board i am having the LD2 and LD3 continuosly red and the program is not loading as expected. 

I have  a second control card with the same configuration of switches and its working. 

Have you seen this error in any other control card? In case yes, how did you solved it ?

    What happens when you attempt to load the program?

    No this is not normal. Please verify that the boot mode switches are configured to wait boot or SCI boot and try to connect.

    This is likely damage to the C2000 device. I would recommend checking voltages on VDDA/VDDIO/VDD and ground. there are test points provided for this, if the voltage is found to be outside of the datasheet spec the device has likely received EOS or ESD damage.
