I did not find the UL number of F28388D in this file. http://www.ti.com/lit/ml/swab007a/swab007a.pdf

This device has a TUV SUD certification--see the certificate here. It does not have a separate UL certificate, but the safety features and collateral we provide for this device should aid in your own system's UL certification.
