Accodring the C2000
Software Diagnostic Library for TMS320F2838x , I have already verified 7.4 Missing clock dection example in my project for CPU1.
i have question:
Does CPU2 support this Missing clock dection?
Does CM core support this Missing clock dection?
a following question, from the Functional Safety Manual for TMS320F2838x
Test for diagnostic, it means injection the fault of Power-On Self-Test.
From my understanding. this injection the fault of Power-On Self-Test shall only do on the CPU1(Enough).
CPU2 and CM cannot do this fault injection and also no necessary.
Am i right ?

CPU2 code needs to grab clock semaphore from CPU1 to implement missing clock detection fault injection on CPU2. Once you grab the clock semaphore you can control ClkCfgRegs from CPU2 application code. This way to you can disable OSCLK from CPU2 simulating missing clock condition.
