TMS320F280040-Q1: How to set ePWM as ADC trigger? - setting TRIGSEL seems not working

Hello,

I want to set ePWM1A as the trigger for ADCA Ch6 and do the change as below and the register value is correct.

And I checked the ePWM1A and its output is correct.

But, the ADCA ch6 reading is 0. Once the SOC trigger is changed to CPU timer, it has the correct reading.

Is there anything else that affects ePWM working as ADC trigger?

Hi Crane,

In the EPWM SysConfig menu, there is a menu in EPWM Event-Trigger -> ADC SOC Trigger. There, you can enable SOC generation and select which specific EPWM event generates an SOC trigger, as well as a prescaler for how many times this event needs to occur before the trigger of an SOC. Hope this helps.
