TMS320F280039C: The error message when opening sysconfig on CCS

What version of CCS are you using?

SysConfig is a web-application, and this is an error with eclipse starting the browser to host SysConfig.  So the version of SysConfig isn't so important here as opposed to the version of CCS.

Baltasar Belyavsky would be the contact you would need to understand how this error message might occur.

Please let us know:

1. What version of CCS your customer is using.
2. Is the error always reproducible?  What happens if he closes and re-opens the editor?
3. Please attach the customer's <workspace>/.metadata/.log file.

Thanks for your quick answers. They have been using the latest versions as follows:
- CCS version: 12.2.0
- Sysconfig version: 1.15.0_2826

This error is always reproducible. Let me check again about what happens in the case of re-opens the editor. The log file also will be shared soon.

Pls refer to the attached log file, and the error message was same when re-opens the Sysconfig editor in CCS.

Hi Steve,

Please ask the user to try termporarily renaming the directory C:\Users\<uid>\AppData\Local\JxBrowser to "JxBrowser_orig", and then try launching their CCS and opening the .syscfg file again.

If that does not help, please ask them to try re-downloading CCS v12.2.0, and re-installing it.
