Hi Experts,
Good day.
I tried to connect with XDS100v2, and I get still the error -1135 as seen in the picture.
I also tried the test connection via Code Composer Studio and the output is similar to the guide. The error codes are in the two screenshots.
I checked for error -1135. As you can see in the screenshot the problem is that the JTAG line stays low at 0x00000000 received. This is in the guide also described as a ground error. Therefore I checked all resistors and capacities and connections that were measurable. There I got no wrong connection. However, it seems that TDO stays low. I have no peripheral hardware on the board only the launchpad. Therefore the error has to be on the board. Do you have any further idea on how to fix this problem?
Please help us with this.
Keep safe.
Regards,
Josel
Hi,
Could you try reading through the troubleshooting section of this document? https://software-dl.ti.com/ccs/esd/documents/xdsdebugprobes/files/XDS100.pdf
Have any of the jumpers been removed from the board?
If you do not find any firmware issues with your XDS100V2, it is likely that there has been some damage to the F28069 device.

Hi Benjamin,
I already gave the troubleshooting guide to the customer and yet cannot solve the issue. Is it safe to say that the board is damage?

Hi,
One other thing to check would be the bootmode switch on the launchpad. If S1 is set to keep TRST low, then you will see the problem that you are encountering.
