The precise ADC timings are published in the device technical reference manual (ADC chapter, ADC timings). Assuming 100 MHz SYSCLK/50MHz ADC clock and minimum ACQPS of 80ns, the maximum throughput of each ADC module is 3.45MSPS (290ns per conversion). Factor in the number of conversions (SOCs) you need to perform each control loop cycle and you should have your answer, although I think this ADC should be more than fast enough for your needs.
