What is the difference between the TMS320F28377DPTPEP and TMS320F28377DPTPT processors? Looking at the datasheets, the only difference that I notice is the temperature difference (along with the price). Is there any other differences or advantages for the TMS320F28377DPTPEP? Would the same code execute identically on both?

Just to clarify, do you mean only the internal packaging is different? Because TMS320F28377DPTPEP and TMS320F28377DPTPT are both 176-LQFP packages and the pinouts appear identical. Would the same code execute identically on both or would one be faster than the other?
