TMS320F28388S: Require the same length for each line of hex file

Hi Expert,

My customer use hex utility to generate hex file, below are the file that they generate, the data length of each line is different, for example, the second line length is 0x4, third line is 0x0C,

many of others are 0x20, what they require is that each line length should be 0x20. 

They use 3rd party tool that can get what the format they require as below showed that the length of each line is the same.

is it able to use hex utility in CCS to generate hex format like below? Thanks

    Unfortunately, the hex utility supports no method for controlling the length of a line of output.  None of the formats supported by the hex utility require a line to be of a particular length.  The screen shots you show indicate Intel hex format is being used.  For the details of that format, please search the C28x assembly tools manual for the sub-chapter titled Intel MCS-86 Object Format.
