TMS320F28335: TMS320F28335ZHH replacement with TMS320F28335ZAY burn problem

Hi, as mentioned in question before that the package mechanical same for TMS320F28335ZHH and TMS320F28335ZAY, so we bay this part for replacement of TMS320F28335ZHH, 

without any change of the design. i try to make board install with new TMS320F28335ZAY chip and get an error the programmer not connect to the chip and has a reset problem, i try to connect from uniflash and it not give any other name as TMS320F28335 but also from ubiflash i can connect to the ZHH but not to ZAY chip.

Is any anther issue that i didn't notice from the datasheet that prevent from me to use ZAY instead ZHH?

    Kirill,

         As mentioned in the other post, the ZHH and ZAY packages are exactly identical from an elctrical and mechanical point of view. The problem you are facing has nothing to do with package designators. It could be that your board has some other issue or even with the soldering of the device. Please try another device or you could mount the suspect device on a known-good board.
