I am working with the docking station and TMS320F28388D.

I work for example with epwm3 and didnt see any dead time.

Why?

Hi Ben,

I assume you are specifically looking for deadband support. Each example support in C2000ware is to help with intital evaluation as a starting point.

You can refer to the ex:8 in EPWM, below is how the example is configured

This help for DB configuration. If something else, please share the snip shots of the waveform here for further support.

The deadband example explains between multiple EPWM. Inorder to enable DB between EPWM_1A and EPWM_1B this will be done by setting rising edge and falling edge delay enabling

EPWM_setDeadBandDelayMode(myEPWM1_BASE, EPWM_DB_RED, true);

EPWM_setRisingEdgeDelayCount(myEPWM1_BASE, 100);

refer to the app note attached epwm developers guide -C2000 or the epwm.h to learn more options.
