Hello everyone, first of all, I am new to these tasks, so I am open to your suggestions and examples.

I could not find a hwbıst example for tms320f28379d, can you tell me the file path if there is one?

tms320f28379d "C:\ti\c2000\C2000Ware_1_00_01_00\libraries\diagnostic\f2837xd\examples\cpu1\test_application" but I think this example is not related to HWBIST

I examined the HWBIST library and hwbist document, but I couldn't see an example, can you tell me if there is an example?

    You have the correct path listed above for the diagnostics library.  The example code will execute all static tests, including the HWBIST.  If you look at the sta_test.c file in the same directory you will see an enumeration for both the HWBIST_full and the HWBIST_micro.  I believe it is tests 6 and 7, in terms of passing those into the general function if you don't want to run the other tests included.
