I have some problem of "default width " means in spec "TMS320C28x Assembly Language Tools" .

Is that means the width of each row as below?

The default width refers to the default setting of the --romwidth command line argument for that hex format. To understand the effect of --romwidth, please search the C28x assembly tools manual for the sub-chapter titled Understanding Memory Widths.
