Dear TI Teams,
One of our customer report that they cannot burn program to F2800157 by XDS100V3. They tried to burn the program to their own PCBA and LAUNCHXL-F2800157, but both are failed.
The circuit design is as follows:
The CCS is uses official routines, and only connect the 3.3V, GND, TMS and Tck.
