Which version of the compiler is the customer planning to use ? 

The source code for SFO libraries are not provided in the C2000Ware SDK.

Any particular reason to stick to this version of the compiler? C2000Ware v1.00.01 supported compiler ver 16.9.1  but this version did not have f28388d device

Will check and get back to you if we can recompile these libraries with the older version and share it.

My customer said that during the software development period, we want to promote development with a unified compiler version for all workers.

I’ｍ sorry by my miss. My customer is using F2837xD, not F2838xD.
