As previous question in following link asked,

I want to use AMC1336 as isolated ADC to get information from primary side.

I'm wondering if I can use PWM module generate 10MHz 50% PWM feed to CLKIN pin,

and using eCAP module to get output from DOUT pin then analyze the pulse width?

Because F280025C does not have internal SDFM module, what alternative can I use for this application?

    Hi Chun-Lin, 

    You can generate a 10Mhz, 50% High resolution PWM signal. 

    You can use eCAP with HR to analyze the HRPWM signal.

    Please refer to our C2000WARE SDK HRPWM examples to generate the signal and our HRCAP examples to capture signals with high resolution.
