TMS320F28335: Support for Downloading TI Cloud Agent Application

Hi,

We are raising a query regarding CCS GUI Composer.

After login into CCS GUI composer, We are trying to create a project and establish connection between the experiment kit(TMS320F28335) and System(PC).

Getting a pop-up to download and install TI Cloud Agent Application , When we click on that download link provided, it is showing file is not available on the site as shown in the screenshot attached.

Requesting you to provide the support to download TI Cloud Agent Application.

Hello Madhushree,

Please go to dev.ti.com and try downloading/installing the TI Cloud Agent from there

Thank You for your response.

We tried to download/install TI Cloud Agent application from dev.ti.com, but unable to download and it is redirected to the same page as mentioned in above query.

Can you please suggest us some alternate ways to download and install TI Cloud Agent Application.

Would it possible to temporarily disable any antivirus/security software running on both your system and the browser? We feel that the executable is getting blocked by such software.
