TMS320F28P659DK-Q1: CCS Flash Settings plugin

Hi expert,

Customer uses CCS12.6, when he choose the target 'TMS320F28P650DK9', there is Flash Settings plugin, please see the figure below:

when he choose the target 'TMS320F28P659DK8-Q1', there is no Flash Settings plugin, please see the figure below. It will lead to program failure. How to solve this issue? Please give some advice, thank you.

    Hi Angela,

    To provide a current solution for the customer, you can edit the FlashPropertiesTranslator.xml file as follows (highlighted line):

    On-Chip Flash Tool Visible:

    File is located at this default install location: C:\ti\ccs1260\ccs\ccs_base\DebugServer\propertyDB\FlashPropertiesTranslator.xml

    A general fix will be provided for the upcoming CCS release. If any further questions let me know.
