Hello
The problem with the sporadic occurrence of the uncorrectable error in CM was solved the last time by increasing the Flash Wait States (RWAIT) from 2 to 3 (-> https://e2e.ti.com/support/microcontrollers/c2000-microcontrollers-group/c2000/f/c2000-microcontrollers-forum/1273721/tms320f28388d-nmi-by-uncorrectable-error-in-cm). We have also not had an NMI by uncorrectable error in CM for a long time.
Now, however, it has occurred again sporadically at the customer (e.g. ECC_UNC_ERR_ADDR_LOW = 0x1FFFCB50, C1 RAM). We are now thinking of increasing the Flash Wait States (RWAIT) to 4. Is this the right way to solve this problem?
Best regards
Simon
