TMS320F2800135: Don't feed watchdog, download and run, then it can't load program and erase Flash

It looks like the DCSM Zone 1 and 2 Passwords might have changed or the passwords specified in the gel file are incorrect. Did you modify the DCSM passwords?

Hi Skyler,

I modify the DCSM to change the default boot mode pin, but don't set any lock.

It works well when enable watchdog and feed watchdog, but after don't feed watchdog, it can't debug and can't load program, and even can't erase Flash by UNIFLASH.

Have you tried the steps suggested by the console? "Perform a debugger reset and execute the Boot-ROM code (click on the RESUME button in CCS debug window)"

The problem is we can't enter Debug mode, so there is no resume button.

Now there are two chip can't debug/download after download the image(don't feed watchdog). I remembered another customer has encounter this issue before. It very strange!

Hi Zane,

If you aren't going to service the watchdog, can you just disable it? Does issuing an XRSn to the devices after a watchdog reset allow you to connect/debug again?
