TMS320F28P650DK: How to ignore default boot pins

So I have configured the DCSM and added to project, now the application starts sometimes and sometimes not. is there any way to read back Zone configuration?

is it true that I cannot reprogrammed it now? or is it possible to change/deactivate the configuration?

Hi Muhammad,

Did you program custom boot settings in DCSM Zone 1? Or Zone 2? If you have programmed settings in zone 1, you can program zone 2 to override these.

The settings in the screenshot you've shared are correct.

You can read the DCSM settings at address 0x78000 for zone 1 and address 0x78200 for zone 2.

here are the two screenshots for both addresses. I have actually programmed both zones. I think now cannot be changed anymore right?

Hi Muhammad,

It doesn't appear you've programmed custom boot settings for either zone. This is controlled by the GPREGx fields at 0x78008 - 0x7800E for Zone 1 and 0x78200 - 0x7800E for Zone 2.
