Hi,
Previous related thread:
As previously confirmed, the DACB on this chip is from the comparator 1 low voltage side. I'm trying to confirm which pin this DAC is connected to. I saw on the datasheet, it says pin 22, but it also says DACB is a buffered DAC which makes me wonder if we are talking about the same DACB? or there is a typo in the data sheet?
Thank you,
Frank
Hi Frank,
This is a mistake in the datasheet, the correct signal name should be CMP1_DACL. This will be corrected in the next revision of the datasheet.
Thank you,
Luke
Frank,
Can you confirm which revision of the DS the above image came from? Revision A, which was updated when the device was production released in September of this year, has this corrected.
Here is HTML link to the DS https://www.ti.com/document-viewer/TMS320F28P550SJ/datasheet#GUID-20220708-CI0T-4B37-A921-2C8EA6BD2A8E/TITLE_A_TM_GPIO , specifically that pin attributes page referenced above.
Also here is PDF for revA. https://www.ti.com/lit/gpn/tms320f28p550sj
Using the above link will always pull the latest released version of the DS.
Best,
Matthew
The image above is from original reversion released in April 2024. Yes, reversion A has this corrected. Thank you.
