Tool/software:

In my board the values of R51-R54 showing 10C which indicates 12.4KOhms. Is it ok where you mentioned it should be 100mOhms.

    No, that would not be good. That will significantly skew measurements on those ADC channels.

    Can you please take a resistance measurement across the resistor and provide a picture as well?
