TMS320F28377D: Can F28377D work well when the altitude is 5000m ~ 5500m?

My customer want to know if F28377D can work well when the  when the altitude is 5000m ~ 5500m. I get some information from below post. But still can't find answer. Hope to get your help with below questions ASAP. Thanks!

1. I want to get the FIT estimator tool which is mentioned in the link, and to do the simulation. I download and install this https://www.ti.com/tool/C2000-SAFETI-DIAGNOSTICS-LIB#downloads , but don't find FIT estimator. I am not sure if I download right safety package. Please help share right link and let me know which is FIT estimator. 

2. It said from the post that we can input a flux level to simulate different altitudes, how to get right flux altitude is 5000m ~ 5500m ? 

3. If it is difficult to do the simulation, you can also just let me know if F28377 can work well when the altitude is 5000m ~ 5500m.
