Hi sir,

I reviewed TIDM-HV-1PH-DCAC document and we want to design 5KVA single phase inverter  with 48Vdc input and we require pure sign wave output. Does this reference will  support our requirements.

    Hello Ranjith

    This design is rated for 600VA and 380V DC input voltage. Hence it is much different in terms of specifications. So you cannot follow the hardware design as it is. You can adopt the control algorithm and device configuration from this design.

    If you are going to run your inverter in grid connected mode (not in standalone mode), then you can follow pmp23069. This is PFC that can run in grid-connected inverter mode. Its rating is 3.3 kW.

    Thank you for your valuable input,

    Can you please suggest any other design which meets our specification that, input 48Vdc(nominal) and 230Vac output with 5KVA load for home inverter online UPS design. And the output should be pure sine wave.
