TMS320F28P650SH: XDS100V2, device is not responding to the request

Hi,

I am using XDS 100V2 debugger and CCS 20.1.1 for connecting to F2865x device.

But it didn't connect to target. ( Target connection check passed ).

Show  " Error connecting to target :( Error - 1015@0x0) Device is not responding to the request. Device may be locked, or the debug probe connection may be unreliable. Unlock the device if possible (e.g use wait in reset mode,and power-cycle the board). if error persists, confirm configuration and/or try more reliable JTAG settings(e.g. lower TCLK).( Emulation package 20.1.0.3429) "

My board was developed with XDS100V2 Pin out compatibility. 

Is XDS100V2 is compatible to F2865x or not.

Is XDS110 is one to one compatible with XDS100V2.
