TMS320F28035: Using the function in CLAmath compiles with a warning “Data is being written to auto-generated file 28035 NIMI CLA.i10”

Part Number: TMS320F28035
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CONTROLSUITE, C2000WARE

Tool/software:

I added the .lib file “ cla0 math library.lib” and the .h file “CLAmath” to the project. Both files are found in “D:\CONTROLSUITE\controlSUITE\libs\math\CLAmath\v4_02_00_00” and I followed the instructions in the manual to complete the configuration. However, when I write the following statement in the .cla file, I am prompted “Data is being written to auto-generated file 28035 NIMI CLA.i10” after compilation. I don't know if this has any effect and how to get rid of this warning, thanks for your help.

_Cla1Prog_Start = _Cla1funcsRunStart;
-heap 0x200
-stack 0x200

// Define a size for the CLA scratchpad area that will be used
// by the CLA compiler for local symbols and temps
// Also force references to the special symbols that mark the
// scratchpad are.
// CLA_SCRATCHPAD_SIZE = 0x100;

--undef_sym=__cla_scratchpad_start

  • Hi Chengqi,

    Can you please look to leverage the CLAMath library provided in C2000Ware SDK. Please note that C2000Ware hosts the latest examples, libraries and device _support. controlSUITE is no longer being maintained. Let us know if you are still any warning or error messages. If so, please attached the console log to the forum post. Thank you.

    Regards,

    Ozino

  • I have set it up as described in the path “D:\CONTROLSUITE\controlSUITE\libs\math\CLAmath\v4_02_00_00\00\doc”, but it still warns.
