I am planning to use TMS320F28P550SG this microcontroller. 

My application is Bi-directional DC-DC synchronous buck/boost converter for battery test application. For this i got transfer function related to Iout/duty and the same transfer function used in MATLAB to design the compensator. In MATLAB using sisotool i obtained the 2-pole and 2-zero compensator. After that i multiplied with compensator and plant to get open loop trnafer function. From that transfer function i generated bode plot. The Phase margin obtained is around 62.5 Degres and Cross over frequency is 2.5kHZ. So can i use the same frequency value for microcontroller’s control loop (ISR) frequency and ADC sample rate frequency.
