TMS320F28388D: 50kOhm internal pulldown resistance of ADCINA0

Part Number: TMS320F28388D

Tool/software:

Hello all,

Yesterday I measured some weird values on a voltage divider going to ADCINA0. Some current was flowing to ADCINA0 (and ADCINA1). I checked the datasheet and it is stated there is an internal pulldown resistor of 50k.

However when I measured the values I calculated it to be 31kOhm (24V) and 42kOhm(5V). Why does it vary? Is this expected? We would like to include in the model to have an accurate prediction on what the 24V line is.

Greetings,

Tim
