TMS320F28379D: External mode communication error.

Tool/software:

I have use this controller board for the my dc dc converter generate pwm signal and getting ADC reading of output voltage. but some time its shows this error.

"Error during external mode operation. Re-connect and try again. If error persists,
adjust task rates and re-flash device.
The connection to the server has been closed."

Some time working. This error show up after the flashing cpu and successfully connect and then clicking auto triggering button. that time shows the above error. How to fix that error. I changed the the board and cable. that also not working. My usb port are working well. because somtimes this circuit show the adc reading.

My setting configuration system clock is 100Mhz. switching freq is 60kHz. Sampling time is 1/60kHz. Please help me.

I used Plecs simulation software. that i used c2000 package. not use the mathlab simulink.

Hello,

I have succefully installed and linked c2000 package to plecs simulation software. Andalso I run successfuly generate normal pwm signal from that microcontroller using this software already.

C:\C2000\tsp_ti_c2000

C:\Program Files\Plexim\PLECS 4.9 (64 bit)

This is the c2000 package and plecs software located. and also I linked that packages .

Below image is the codder configuration I think this is no problem. Only problem is Previously submitted error show when clicking auto triggering button

This is the succeffully connected to board. and also start to pwm signal out. but i need see and controlling. so that auto triggering option activate show up that error.
