Is there any timeout on the programming tool? 

We commonly see customers that have a programmer that will time out after seeing a higher than typical flash erase time.

The response is as follows:

We have finally received feedback from the programming center.Regarding the programming itself, it can be said that a total of
three attempts are made to program a component.

We further assume that the timeout possibly refers to the programming device?

Our programming devices are calibrated and certified by the manufacturer once a year.

Can you help to find out why som many  parts are failing to program?

    Hi Adnan, have not seen any systemic quality issue but as the above indicates some customers underestimate the erase time per sector and build a timeout in their programming tool that is not sufficient.  Please make sure the timeout is appropriate per the datasheet or provide more details about the failure.
