TMS320F28379D: MCU is getting RESET at 10ms

Did not get your query. 12V cannot be fed into the MCU. VDDIO is 3.3V and VDD is 1.2V

Before the MCU we have Adjustable Voltage Monitor ( TI - TPS3895A) with 3.3V Output which is given as Input to pin Number 124 (XRS) & Observed Outputs at TP18( From Image)

Following case done before raising this case:

1. When Removed U7 the MCU is still getting reset at Off time - at ~56us, where pin remains High at ~10ms (Issue is not from U7)

2. So, when I changed the JTEG Tclk Frequency to 100KHz I was able to Flash into it.

But what would be the Issue Behind it?

I'm not resetting it, after Assembly when I tried to flash empty code into it using CCS & using UniFlash . I couldn't able to flash into it, where as I was able to flash the same into other Control Boards.

After comparing the Boards, found that MCU Reset pin is getting Reset at Periodically without code.

Ok, it is not possible to flash the MCU, if you are resetting it periodically. Please check why the votlage monitor is resetting the device. You can check the voltage sense pin of the voltage monitor and the reset output in one scope shot.

I tried to replicate the Issue once again but couldn't do it.

The Issue is also Observed in another board, The above Image is from that.
