Yes. If you download controlSUITE, you will see several examples using the included USB libraries.
You will also find the F2806x USB Library Users Guide there.

Arrow Vancouver said:What kit can be used to eval the USB functions of 2806xU?
I would expect to see this product in the TI eStore, but I don't:
TMDXCNCD28069ISO - F28069U Piccolo USB controlCARD
The TMS320F28069 controlSTICK appears to use the USB variant of the part, the TMS320F28069U. However, pins GPIO-26, GPIO-27, that would have USB are not connected.
John,
Unfortunately, the only choice at the moment would be the TMDXCNCD28069ISO + TMDXDOCK28069.
The TMDXCNCD28069ISO is currently unavailable and still in the process of being manufactured in addition to being set up in the TI system. I would expect three weeks before the system will be resolved and the TMDXCNCD28069ISO will be orderable and receivable.
Eventually the TMDXCNCD28069 (non-ISO) will also have the '069U device on it. However, this is still several months away from happening.
Thank you,
Brett
For anyone who's interested, not all (if any?) of the '28069 ControlSticks are populated with USB variants of the chip. I was hoping to hand-solder the unconnected USB signals, but the part on mine is a '320F28069PNA.
Hai This is Rajasekaran. If I am enabling the VREG then can i keep VDD pins as floating in TMS320F28069.
And where will I get example scematic for TMS320F28069.
Raja,
You'll need 1.2uF caps on each VDD pin in this mode to stabilize the votlage generated by the VREG. This is mentioned in the DS for the device. For example schematic the control card collateral should contain this as well.
Best,
Matthew
Thanks Mathew,
Can you please send the example schematic url link for TMS320F28069.

Rajasekaran
Raja,
Schematics for all of our controlCards and application kits are available in controlSUITE. Please download controlsuite from ti.com/controlsuite and look around in the development kits folder for the controlcard schematics.
