TMS320F2800155-Q1: Zero Boot Mode Select Pins

If I understand correctly, you are saying you have mistakenly routed the GPIO24/GPIO32 pins as pull-downs (which puts the device in Parallel GPIO boot mode) as opposed to pull-up (for Flash boot mode). The boot behavior of these pins cannot be changed in the code since they are read by the device bootloader on power-up before any code execution. It will be okay to connect to the devices during runtime and debug as well as flash, but device by itself won't be able to boot from flash,

You will instead need to reprogram the OTP (which can only be done once per device) to remap the bootmode pins or force Zero Boot Mode which forces the device to boot from flash always.
