[CLA] CLAmath Macro Library V1.0 Released

 C2000 Gurus,

 The CLAmath macro library V1.0 is now available.  This release includes sin, cos, div, sqrt, 1/sqrt and sincos.   Test code examples are included for 2803x devices.

    Lori,

    I need the 2-pole 2-zero controller for the CLA. It was included in the 2808 libraries but I could not find it adapted to run in the CLA.

    I have seen some 2-pole 2-zero code for the CLA in several Piccolo presentations, where they compare the code efficiency with the main CPU.
