I have facing the target connection problem for c2000 piccolo launchpad (F28027 ) .wheather i am trying to connect ,it says

when i connected manually,i have checked with piccolo f28027 emulation hardware.when i am going to test the connection
it says .dll file missing i have shown in attached snap shot.
and the error in notepad is.
