Warning message when migration from CCS3.3 to CCS5

Hi,

I have one question regarding Warning message.

When my customer try to migrate the project of F2810 from CCS3.3 to CCS5.3, they had a messsage as the below.

 

And I also posted the project.log  as the below.

What is this issue? Should my customer modify their source code for suiting CCSv5?
