TMS320C2000 can not transmit and receive at phy test with GUI

I read the website you gave me.

I try to connect  without power line and use two PCs to do that again but still not working.

I don't know what is J10 J17 that you said in that website.

Is there any instructions about this device that I can read.

Hi Wayne,

J10 & J17 are located at docking station near power line connectors. If your kit based on F28069+AFE031 you can use that UG to get additional info about another jumpers 8867.TI_PRIME_UG.pdf (p. 13). Also you can try another TI firmwares from V6000 (Prime) & V5210(G3) packeges from these  PLC materials

I want to know what the J10 J17' function are?  What can they do?

And when I  open the GUI's log, its shows "Error Seting PRIME TX parameters".

Is this the problem that I can not to transmit and receive data?

I found out my PLC plug is loosen.

I had the similar problem with power line (mains) plugs on modem's docking station (sometimes the contact is broken and one should reinsert plug again).
