Hi Folks
Is the CNTL 2P2Z macro from teh Digital Power Library (F2802x) able to accept negative numbers on the ref and fdbk inputs??
In the documentation it only mentions [0, 1), but the inputs are signed integers...
Thanks
Toby,
as long the negative values are within -1 to 1 the module should work fine, there is nothing mathematically different.
However in our testing we only use 0-1 scaled variables to verify the functionality of the module, hence the document reflects that.
What type of digital power application are you working on that requires negative? is it an inverter?
Hi Manish,
Thanks :)
Yes an inverter, one that can be voltage or current feedback-controlled.
