Accessing the SYSCLKOUT data

Hi,

Highly appreciate if anybody can educate me how to access the SYSCLKOUT data or similar which is synchronised with time so that I can generate a sinusoidal signal which is syncronised with the clock. My ultimate target is to take a sinusoidal signal in through an A2D pin and compare it with the realtime sine wave generated inside.
