I don't have soft copies. Schematic of bi-directional dc-dc conv. is mostly same with hvpsfb.

In the hvpsfb schematic, it is between terminal 7 of the isoaltion transformer and ground.

Drain of mosfet is conencted to terminal 7. and ist soruce connected to ground via 1uF capacitor.

I searched the net, could not find the schematics.

Kazim, I did check the hvpsfb schematic but I didn't find any such mosfet described by you. Can you please attach the doc/screenshot you're refering?

The photo I added is from c2000 bi-directional dc-dc converter.

It is not hvpsfb. But schematic is nearly same. Only some parts are changed.

I figured out other parts, but could not understand this part.
