Some PLC question need to help.

Hi everyone,

I working on PLC MIMO transmit/receive project.

I have four tmdsplckit-v3 kits, and I want to use them to do MIMO experiment.

I want kit-A connect to kit-B and send data to process, after for a while kit-A connect to kit-C and so on.

So I try to find the tmdsplckit-v3's id number to identify which kit I want to connect but it fail.

So I have another idea, I send message to kit-B,C,D and because the PLC, all the kits on the power grid network will receive the data.

But if I add a mark in the data so that the particular one kit can process the data after receive it.

Is this idea ok to implement it on my kits?

But for now, I am lack of sample code that I can reference.

Is there any suggestion that can give me above these question.

Regard,

Wayne

  • Hi Wayne,

Yes, it is possible. You can use our PHY example project and do some modification in the example codes on receiver side.

"I send message to kit-B,C,D and because the PLC, all the kits on the power grid network will receive the data"

Please, email us(plc_support@list.ti.com) to request the example. Thanks.
